PERCH (A) is an 1150sf corner apartment with split two bedrooms and two baths.
The spacious living room is bathed in light with oversized arched windows. It has a pull out couch, 65" 4k Samsung TV with a soundbar, and Marshall Bluetooth Speaker.
Perch's full size kitchen features GE Cafe appliances including an induction stove, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen's quartz topped island has bar seating for three and its cabinets are stocked with all the culinary tools to make a nice home cooked meal.
Both bedrooms have kings size beds with luxurious linens and duvet covers, 4k Samsung Smart TV's, Alarm clocks, and Anker bedside charging stations. The first bedroom's bathroom is en suite and has a luxurious soaking tub. The second bathroom has an oversized shower.
The Purple Martin bathrooms are stocked with exclusive bath amenities from Public Goods and custom italian bathrobes for guests to use during their stay.
Perch has its own GE Profile Combo Washer & Dryer should the need to do laundry arise.
Should guests want to combine multiple units, PERCH connects with the neighboring Plume (F) unit which has one bedroom, one bath and a study.
B - ODD BIRD (2Beds / 2 Baths / Study)
Odd Bird (B) is an 1250sf corner apartment with split two bedrooms, two baths, a study, and a private balcony with outdoor seating.
